Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data to produce performance statistics and business solutions
•  Testing software products and identifying irregularities and/or performance issues
• Designing and testing algorithms to improve trading activities
• Working with traders and developers to identify business improvements.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and high level of intellectual curiosity
• Ability to independently complete analyses and solve complex problems
• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, C, C++, Java, Python, R, etc.) and
  eagerness to learn other programming languages if needed
• Understanding of probability and statistics
• Data analysis and visualization
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Prior experience in a quantitative job is preferred but not required
